Inspection Comments |
POSSIBLE FBI: SPOKE WITH MANAGER ALICIA. ACCORDING TO ALICIA, NO EMPLOYEES HAVE REPORTED ANY SYMPTOMS OF FBI OVER THE LAST 7-10 DAYS AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPORTS OF FAMILY MEMBERS WITH ILLNESS EITHER.
ALL FOOD HANDLERS ARE WEARING GLOVES-NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS. HAMBURGER PATTIES ARE STORED FROZEN UNTIL COOKING. PATTIES COOKED TO 190 DEGREES ON STANDARD GRILL SETTINGS. CHEESE IS HELD FOR UP TO 4 HOURS AT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE AND THEN DISCARDED. NOTHING OBSERVED TODAY WOULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS. NO ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED. |
